The High Performance Equestrian Foundation is a non-profit, tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to cultivate and provide financial support for the capable, under-funded rider. Rider Information In order to be eligible to apply for grants from HPEF the current eligibility requirement is the completion of six 1.20m, or higher, show jumping classes at USEF Regular Member competitions within the past 24 months.
